The initial findings of the 2009 Trends in Mobile Working Survey has identified that one of the main barriers to Mobile and Flexible Working projects is Culture Change.

Many organisation have achieved the technical and practical aspects of adopting Flexible working, but struggle with the cultural resistance that stops it from happening. This session will identify the hurdles, explore ways to overcome them and suggest some quick wins.
