Mobile working means many things to many people – in Halton it means improving the customer experience and the day to day experience of those delivering the service. By introducing a variety of mobile business practices we have improved productivity, improved work life balance, enhanced the working environment , reduced our carbon footprint and continued to delight our customers. We have a more contented workforce and satisfied customers – a win-win for everyone.
